At the booth, Newland Group exhibited digital payment innovations and smart scenario solutions. Through its brands Xingyi Pay and Huilai Dian, their expertise and focus is on digital commerce. Through both interactive experiences and live demonstrations, they demonstrated how they are advancing the digital and intelligent transformation of international trade in services.
Amid the growing expansion of Chinese companies and rising cross-border e-commerce and investment activities, demand for diversified cross-border payment solutions has increased significantly. This trend has forced an evolution, one that requires payment institutions to offer localized services.
Fujian Guotong Xingyi Network Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Newland Group, and a leading comprehensive payment service provider in its own right, showed their own digital payment product matrix at the event.
The contactless payment solutions exhibited at the booth were created to address diverse payment needs. They support both quick-scan and instant-tap functions, enabling merchants to accept foreign cards whilst improving the payment experience for international visitors in China. Tailored terminals enhance foreign card services, promote digital yuan adoption, and support national subsidy policies.
Alongside other devices offering user-friendly operations and diverse payment methods, Newland Guotong Xingyi is actively exploring and innovating the application of AI technology. Through scenario-based services for physical merchants, they are providing more efficient, intelligent, and resilient support for various industries.
For example, lightweight point-of-sale terminals provide portable and user-friendly checkout solutions for retail environments. AI-powered smart scales combine rapid recognition and precise weighing functions, addressing operational challenges in retail, fresh produce, and food service sectors. This all simplifies and streamlines store operations allowing for a reduction in costs. These self-developed payment solutions emphasize easy deployment and strong adaptability, enhancing transaction processing and operational performance across various industries.
A representative told China.org.cn that Newland's participation in CIFTIS showcased the digital innovation strengths of enterprises from Fujian province, but also underscored the proactive involvement of Chinese companies in the global trade in services.
"In the future, Guotong Xingyi will continue to deepen its payment-plus ecosystem, using cutting-edge, digital business innovations to drive high-quality development of global trade and empower merchants across various industries in their digital transformation."
